We’ve teamed up with expert Nutritionist Josie Wareing of Live to Thrive, to run a Women’s Well-Being Workshop & Pilates Class on Saturday 22nd September in Hove.
If you want to get your mojo back, then come along to our workshop to hear some of the latest evidence based nutritional information around hormone health, gut health, weight loss & blood sugar balance, supporting a healthy liver and managing stress & limiting toxins. Our workshop aims to empower you with a basic understanding of the impact of lifestyle and dietary choices and to give you some tips and tools, in order to restore some balance and improve your overall health & well-being.
The workshop includes a 1.5 hour talk by Nutrition Expert Josie Wareing, Q&A’s, Product Sampling and a 45 minute Pilates mat class by The Progress Lab’s Joanne Gray. Plus, there is also have the opportunity to join a programme to restore gut health after the workshop.
